From Vision to Reality: Venus Graduation Ceremony

Today marks a significant milestone we have long anticipated. The journey has been exhaustive, and the results are nothing short of exhilarating.

Our vision, i.e., to leave a positive footprint on human health by creating an institution that transcends the mortal being, drives every endeavor we undertake. We are an organization that bases its overall operations on a directed mission.

I’ll spend this moment today speaking about the mission statements that are core to the principles of the organization, the mission that aims

  1. To augment human skill through technology for a modern workforce, ready for the fourth industrial revolution, and

  2. To stimulate the economic, intellectual, and social progress of every employee of the organization.

These principles guide our every action and decision. Today, as we honor your hard work and dedication, we reaffirm our commitment to these values. We believe that by empowering our workforce, we contribute to the greater good of society and the nation.

It’s said there are eight dimensions to an individual’s wellness. Venus pledges to fulfill the most impactful of those, i.e., the economic, intellectual, and social aspects.

In our pursuit of excellence, intellectual development comes first, wherein we strive to give each one of you an ability. The ability not just to grasp things but reason them. The ability not just to know things but to comprehend them. The ability not just to pursue a degree but to put it into practice.

Our commitment to excellence is anchored in a robust strategy and a visionary philosophy that permeates every aspect of this organization. With the world today pacing itself in leaps, moving forward and constantly evolving ourselves are the only options we have. Fixity towards self-improvement goals, while flexibility in our approach towards work can only make us thrive, or else we’ll merely survive!

Handing out the NSDC certifications today to 128 Venusians is a monumental move toward the fulfillment of our mission. Directing our efforts in nurturing a progressive workplace for our employees, I hope the graduates that I see today genuinely feel empowered & ready for the upcoming challenges & opportunities the future holds for us.

While seeing each one of you walk towards the stage today and receive your certificate with so much grace and pride, a very emotional vibe ran through me. A feeling so nostalgic as I’ve lived and grown through each one of your personal and professional growth.

From today on, I see you all as Graduates – Proud Graduates, ready to embark on a journey filled with promise and potential.

Wishing you the very best! From now on, take tough calls and fulfill them. Not everything will be a success, but it will pave the way for progress.
