At Venus Remedies Limited, we are committed to creating and maintaining a work environment where every individual feels safe, respected, and valued. Our Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) policy is a key component of this commitment. We believe that every employee—whether permanent, temporary, or an intern—deserves to work in an environment free from sexual harassment, fear, and intimidation.

To uphold this standard, Venus Remedies has established a POSH Committee with a clear mandate to prevent and address any sexual harassment incidents within the workplace. The committee is tasked with investigating any complaints, ensuring that each case is handled swiftly, impartially, and with utmost sensitivity to the well-being of all involved. The process aims to resolve concerns in a way that respects the dignity of the aggrieved person while holding those responsible accountable.

In addition to a clear policy, we have made it a priority to raise awareness about sexual harassment through training sessions for all staff. These sessions, conducted by experts in the field, help all employees understand the gravity of the issue and the importance of maintaining a respectful and professional atmosphere. The training focuses on promoting the rights and dignity of every employee, ensuring that all workers, regardless of gender, know what constitutes harassment and how they can report it.

The POSH Committee meets regularly—at least quarterly—and reviews cases, discusses preventive measures and evaluates the effectiveness of the policy. All discussions are kept confidential, and the minutes are submitted to the office of the President of Human Resources for review and further action if needed. By implementing these measures, Venus Remedies remains dedicated to ensuring that the workplace is free from harassment and that all employees feel secure in their work environment.
